Civil Politics (4/8/16):The Panama Conundrum

Tonight we start off speaking about the release of the Panama Papers, and return to speaking about the ongoing primaries. In the second half we continue with the primary process, and end speaking on the “bathroom bills” being approved in various states.

Civil Politics (3/25/16): Primary Colors

 

Trump and Cruz are splitting the primaries, and this is forcing the GOP to look at itself and ask “who are we” and “what do we want?”

The discussion moves to a new law limiting opioids – is that right? is it worrying that the state is setting rules for medical decisions?

The second half of the show is not about any specific primary, but the system in general. How do parties choose their leaders and candidates? Why do we even have parties?
