Trump and Cruz are splitting the primaries, and this is forcing the GOP to look at itself and ask “who are we” and “what do we want?”

The discussion moves to a new law limiting opioids – is that right? is it worrying that the state is setting rules for medical decisions?

The second half of the show is not about any specific primary, but the system in general. How do parties choose their leaders and candidates? Why do we even have parties?
